A re-enactment of volunteer efforts by mothers & children, this event will include refreshments plus items on display from Helen Fickel’s personal collection. Requested donation: items for Books for Soldiers. Common Read is community-wide reading initiative designed to bring people of all ages and from various libraries together to read, discuss and celebrate a single book. This year's selected book is Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand.
